The 20-year-old StarStruck V runner up got the highest combined text and online votes from a poll conducted by Candy Magazine from July to August.
Sam Concepcion topped this annual poll since 2006 and this year, he dropped to second place.
Aside from Sam, Enzo bested seven other Kapamilya heartthrobs including PBB sensations Ivan Dorschner, James Reid, Bret Jackson and Robi Domingo. The only other Kapuso in the Top 10 Celebrity Cuties is Elmo Magalona who ranked 10th overall.
