The international pop star has been voted as the “Icon of Tomorrow” in J-14 magazine’s first ever Teen Icon Awards, besting 5 other fellow teen nominees from the United States and Australia.
She defeated teen stars Bella Thorne (Shake It Up), Bridgit Mendler (Good Luck Charlie), Frankie Jonas (Jonas L.A.) and Greyson Chance (YouTube sensation).
The winners are featured in the magazine’s December 2010 issue.
Other winners include Taylor Swift for Iconic Singer, Justin Bieber for Iconic Male Star, The Jonas Brothers for Iconic Band, Selena Gomez for Iconic Female Actress, Miley Cyrus for Iconic Female Star and David Archuleta for Iconic Fan Favorite.
The 1st Teen Icon Awards aim to honor the hottest teen stars, movies, television shows, music, and web stars over the past year.
