Matthew Morrison, also known as Professor Schuester on Glee, has released his debut single “Summer Rain.”

“Summer Rain”, Morrison’s feel-good first single, premiered on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show on February 28. The Glee star told Ryan before the song plays on air, “I hope that people dig it, and if they don’t they don’t.”

Matthew’s still untitled debut album is scheduled to be released on May 10, 2011.
